SHIPPING POLICY

We utilize USPS Priority flat rate for our shipping services.  USPS Priority typically delivers within 1-4 business days.  If you require expedited shipping, or have other special delivery requirements, please contact us at sales@ciclosudore.com.

We strive to ship orders quickly. Allow two business days to ship orders. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. We will contact you if we anticipate any delay. 

Delays due to weather, misrouting or errors by carriers, or any other reason beyond our control, we are unable to process shipping refunds.

RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the original order date. Products must be in new condition.  The purchase price of the returned item will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days, minus a 10% restocking fee. If the original order shipped for free, we deduct the return shipping charges from the refunded amount.
